Minimums and lead times:

• New Orders 144 pieces
• Proto Samples 2-3 Weeks
• Bulk Production 4-6 Weeks upon sample approval

Setup Fees:

• Digitizing or screen print set up costs per logo
• 1st sample cost $35
• Additional sample cost $35

Guarantee, returns, and cancellations:

• Digitizing or screen print set up costs per logo
• All claims for shortages, damages or incorrect merchandise must be made to Customer Service withing 5 days from receipt of goods.
• Please allow up to 3% on damages and shortages.
• Request for changes are required to be in writing.
• while every attempt to honor change request will be made, orders in production cannot be changed or cancelled.
